Attendance & Fines
  • A student whose attendance is less than 75% isn’t allowed to appear within the Annual Examinations.
  • The scarcity in attendance is condoned if the Principal is happy that the reasons for absence are affordable and justified.
  • The call of a student is struck-off from the School rolls if the pupil stays absent from the School for a non-stop 10 days with out information. The School accepts no obligation for informing the dad and mom of the absence of their kids from the School.
  • A student who leaves the School for the duration of magnificence hours without permission is fined Rs. 100/-.
  • A pupil who fails to clean the dues as in keeping with the Fee-Schedule is not allowed to appear in the examinations
  • A scholar who’s in mistaken and untidy uniform is sent home or fined Rs. 50/-.
  • A scholar who’s determined indulging in smoking, betel-chewing, abusing, indecent and obscene behaviour, is fined Rs. 100/-.
  • A pupil who misses tests or tests with out previous permission and does not post any medical certificates despite warnings shall be fined Rs. 100/-.
Leave Of Absence
  • Leave of absence is granted best for serious reasons and on previous written application from parents/guardians. A Medical Certificate must be submitted if a pupil is unwell for greater than 3 days.
  • When a scholar returns to the College after an absence, he/she should get the diary signed via the Principal earlier than attending class. The equal technique is to be followed whilst a pupil comes late to the College.
  • Any scholar whose call has been struck off the rolls, if readmitted, has to pay the admission expenses again.
